Hi everyone!

I am a co founder and a creative director of an architectural and design studio.

My passion is regenerative architecture and universal design, meaning we no longer create buildings as objects but as eco centric systems that serve humanity as a whole.

It was only recently I became aware of the challenges food growers face through a project I am working on.

There is an underlined urgency, particularly for our modern society, to rethink our relationship to the land and how we use it but also how we distribute what we produce in order to minimise food loss and food waste within supply chain.

Just as an example, I am working with community kitchen that is able to feed on average 16000 people every month from surplus that would end up in a land fill. Our food system from plant to fork is broken yet onus is on farmers to constantly produce more.

I now keep asking how do we position technology and innovation within broader food story?

And quite frankly, as a mother, I ask myself are we being good ancestors?

From the place of awareness, we can re-image the future farm, creating and building new type of civic infrastructure, one that elevates the role of the farmer and serves all members of 21st century society. Where tradition and innovation can co-exist.

There is an interdependence between our inner and outer world. I truly believe that our surroundings affect our state of mind.

There is no doubt that we are facing an existential threat. Not to our survival but certainly to our identity.
