Glasgow Mushroom Company exists to provide the metropolitan area with fresh gourmet mushrooms for the local community and businesses. Up until recently, gourmet mushrooms were only available via import from outside the UK.

Our aim is to operate with as low a carbon footprint as possible, using as little energy as possible and producing as little non-recyclable waste as possible. As our business grows we will continue to to improve along these axis.
