We’re excited to share an opportunity to contribute to important research on the enterprise potential of ethnic farming in the UK. Dr. Smriti Saxena, a PhD researcher at Birmingham City University, is conducting a study to explore the experiences, motivations, and barriers faced by UK farmers in growing ethnic crops. The study also investigates crop suitability for the UK climate and the use of innovative, sustainable technologies like greenhouses and renewable energy in ethnic food production.
How You Can Help
Dr. Saxena is seeking British farmers, farm owners, and farm managers to complete a short 15-minute survey. Your insights will play a crucial role in shaping future policy and farming practices, making ethnic food farming a sustainable and integral part of the English agricultural landscape.
Why Participate?
- Share your experiences to influence meaningful research.
- Contribute to policy recommendations for supporting ethnic farming.
- Receive evidence-backed findings from the study free of charge as a token of appreciation.
