    Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 p.a. (depending on experience)

    As their Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth, increasing global awareness of their technologies, and generating leads in the Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) sector.     Requirements:

    • At least 3 years of experience in marketing or similar roles (BD/Sales).
    • Strong skills in digital marketing, CRM platforms, and event management.
    • Proven ability to manage social media, websites, and PR campaigns.
    • Experience in market research and using insights to inform strategy.
    • A passion for sustainability and innovation in food systems.
