UKUAT is a
members’ network
UK Urban AgriTech is an industry members’ association which brings together the UK’s key players in the world of Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA). We are a cross-industry group comprising growers, researchers, equipment producers, architects, educators and enthusiastic individuals, all devoted to promoting CEA as a solution for food and environmental crises.
Operating in a pre-competitive space, we seek to help the CEA sector thrive through collaborative efforts in order to advance the prospects of sustainable food production in urban and peri-urban settings.

Drawing on the strengths within our network, UKUAT is also well equipped to be a strong partner on scientific research projects, market analysis and any other initiative requiring knowledge of any part of the CEA sector. We are especially interested in collaborations beyond the confines of CEA and even food, especially when it comes to energy and the circular economy.
We are active partners on a number of grant funded projects and are always seeking out more, and we invite requests for proposals from anyone wishing to tap into the collective knowledge of our network.
